The Executive Committee is comprised of the Hub Director, Hub Manager and the two Deputy Hub Directors.
The Executive Committee will be responsible for providing advice and recommendations in relation to:
- Approval of the Agreements between Monash, Eligible Organisations, and Partner Organisations;
- Approval of the Project Proposals funded by the Hub;
- Approval of the research papers and other publications including conference presentations by CIs, PIs and Theme Leaders;
- Approval of the news items, publicity materials, and media releases;
- Oversee the general management and operation of the activities of the SPARC Hub; and
- Oversee the contributions and proper allocation of funds in accordance with the budget for each Project Proposal.
